Nice as usual. Some people don't like its strong coffee, but I think it's perfect as its Danish pastries and paninis. For the few of you that have not been yet, they welcome dogs!

Sensibly Caffe is located in the center of Bishop's Stortford. The staff is friendly, and the coffee is of good quality. The exterior is charming as well.
