A smart cafe housed in an attractive Georgian building. On my visit the staff were friendly and welcoming and the service was good. The outside seating area is ideal for people watching and enjoying the sunshine. What Angel57 doesn't like about Caffe Nero:
Popped in today for a coffee pastry using the Meerkat discount code. This was the first time I had used it so asked the server which pastries were included, she waved vaguely at a couple of shelves so I chose a muffin. It wasn't until after I had paid that I realised the muffin wasn't included. If she had taken the time to listen to me in the first place I would have chosen differently. View all feedback.
Yesterday had a big hot chocolate with milk and my daughter had a chai latte. both great. neros hot chocolate of my opinion after is far superior costa or dieucks. not too sweet and not artificial kakao. personal friendly and a beautiful building. other reviews say it could do with renovation and yes, maybe it could, but it has something charming and cozy and sit comfortably and we chat a beautiful 84-year-old who is clearly a Nero fan and regularly there.
Efficient staff. beautiful that they warm and enjoy my cappuccino. it was difficult to find it because the brand name outsde is small, but with Google cards I finally managed to find it after I went around the whole block.
Small steps to enter and be disabled, I had no difficulty going in. the double for easy access, the employees are all beautiful and out to bring my order to me
Really like this place nice and relaxing compared to competitors in town so good if you want a quiet coffee. Batistas always friendly and provide a good service at a nice pace!
Coffee always best quality. Great sitting outside people watching.
