Cashier gave me a mean look because we got one water with our two dinners... No sauces available, almost all drinks out of order, with a bottle of dr. Pepper assumably for the customers. Attitudes were very low, dodgy, and rude. Pastaarea was all cold, i listened to another customer call them out on it. Food was very decent at best. Some of it veryunappealing. Cicis in lots of locations are going downhill. I only at a small plate and was pretty much disgusted with thecleanliness of the place. Will never visit this location again, what a waste of money.

Also the new coustomers have to eat the spicy hot pizzas they don'tstay long. they do this to make you leave before you eat there buffet out of business they think so they can get rid of you but if you go here watch how they do but you can give a request order and make your own pizza there also I do this most of thetime. I've been there many times but this spicy stuff needs to stop. If one of your kid gets hold of the real hot pizza it'sgoing to be bad. So rating this a 4? because I still like them

It was ready fast, and every single thing was correct! The food was awesome! Only complaint we had about the foodwas that one order of onion rings were room temperature and the other was hot. Only other minor thing was that they had theceiling fans on full blast. We asked if they could turn them down but they never did. Not a huge deal. The bacon wrap andchicken wrap as sides were awesome, the kids really enjoyed them! We also had the orange push up shake and a cookie dough shake,both were really good. It?s a great value for the money, we?ll definitely be back!

The hash b... read more I came here thinking I would get a nice home cooked southern omelet, but from the first look at the meal I ordered I knew the food would be horrible. The hash browns look as if chewed and spit back onto the plate. The eggs that were used to make theomelet were most likely out dated the texture was fragile, and I couldn't keep on my fork. On top of that I woke up a few hourslater vomiting everywhere most likely do to food poisoning. I'll never eat at this place again just too risky.

Was really curious to try this place, but was very disappointed. We arrived at 2:00. Waited for a table, not biggie. We sat and had to wait 10 minutes to give our drinks order. We went ahead and ordered our food at the same time. Our server was very attentive. After our order has been submitted, we only received our food 3:00. This is with the cafe emptying and people come to us and get their food. There was no communication why it took so long. Then, after receiving our order, the food was average. A chicken sandwich was ordered to Cajun and had no spices. When I write that, I saw a party where our same size comes, and they already got their food. Not to mention the fact that none of the ducks came with pages, so that was extra. I made sure to look at the menu and it is not noticed there either. Unfortunately, I'm not back.

Run very well. But I'll say the real test of every business isn't when things go great, but if things aren't perfect. I ordered a lower part that was over roasted and not pleasant. But it was late and I ate anyway. I mentioned this through the Jimmy Johns app and within minutes Cameron (the manager) was on the phone with me. He promised me my next lunch. I went in today to get this sub and his exact words were: "We are trying to keep a standard here and if it is not fulfilled, we must do it right with the customer." That's all you need to know. As a consumer, I hate being the guy who speaks when things aren't perfect because I'm in business myself and that's not always the easiest things to hear. But how you manage the customer experience is important. And Cameron went beyond and beyond to appreciate my business. This is a simple 5 stars. Not all JJ locations work the same. But you can't go wrong here. Quality and service are reliable. Thanks Cameron and your JJ team!

They looked nothing like the pictures, and the toppings were disappointing. They were packed in sandwich to-go containers with no bag offered, even though they were filled with a liquid that easily spilled. The spoon dispenser was very dirty, so I didn’t take one. The bowls spilled all over my car, and I had to throw them away. This was the biggest waste of $30 I’ve ever had. I won’t be returning to a juice bar again.

This particular location consistently... read more I really enjoy a good sub, and Jimmy John's serves my favorite. Despite the number I eat, I've never had a bad experience. This particular location consistently offers quick and accommodating service. I stopped by for lunch today, and although they were quite busy, they were exceptional. The service was speedy and friendly, not just for me but for everyone who came in during my visit. Absolutely outstanding!
