Jimmy John's - Oak Ridge

Outstanding sub shop! The service was consistently amazing, and the subs are simply the best. I’m giving it a 5-star rating for those reasons alone—I really love Jimmy John's. However, I did notice that they don’t have their hours posted on the door or anywhere inside. When I chatted with the staff while eating, they mentioned that they open at 10 o'clock when the bread is ready, so it's best to rely on the open sign. I pointed out that this doesn’t really help customers if they don’t have any idea when to expect them to be open—like is it around 6, 9, or 11 o'clock? I understand their point about opening early if the bread is ready, but some general hours along with a disclaimer would be helpful for the public. She kindly said she would pass my suggestion along to Jimmy John herself. Once again, excellent customer service, and the delicious food definitely deserves a 5-star rating!

Having previously worked at Jimmy John's, I can say it still offers a great atmosphere. The prices are somewhat on the high side, but the bread is baked fresh daily, and all the ingredients are also prepared fresh each day.

When we have a Jersey Mike's and a Firehouse in Oak Ridge, why would anyone go here? The only other place that's this skimpy with their meat is nasty bland Subway!

I love a good sub and jimmy john makes my favorite. like many of them, as I eat, they would have made me a bad experience. this special situation was always fast and accommodating. I came to lunch today and they were very busy, but they were fantastic. service was fast and friendly for not only me, but for every single person who came while I was in the building. absolutely fantastic!
