My wife had to g... read more I placed a to-go order and was given a time when it would be ready. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for at least 20 minutes beyond that time. My wife had to go inside to pick it up.

They struggle with taking orders correctly, and all too often, I find myself waiting for them to correct their mistakes, only for them to act as if they’ve done me a favor by finally delivering the pizza I initially ordered! And if they do mess up? Be prepared to hear their well-known line about how they’ll "hook you up" with a complimentary medium pizza for your troubles – which you’ll never actually receive. I really hope that some competent management steps in to set things right! Until then, good luck!
