You can just praise it, tested several times and always sat after home. Price performance is overwhelming. You just have to recommend the restaurant.

This is a tiny three table coffee cafe in a local neighborhood. But they were able to serve us a latte and 2 capachinos. Two of us ordered waffles with bacon and ham. The prices were so reasonable.

My understanding is that the location is changing hands. Rumors have it that the location will reopen as a very small bistro catering to seafood aficionados.
