Today, we came to the drive through, no one in line (mostlikely because it was8:30 pm). we got up to the drive-thru and my dad, wanting to make sure, asked if we could make our own, since we had not beenthere in a while. the lady at the window told us that we had to order something off the menu, and customize it to fit ourrequirements. okay, whatever you may say, but our ingredients were all over the board. it took 9 times longer to find somethingwith our foods. and we messed up multiple times because the lady kept saying or you could use xyz drink to make it and the onedrink she was very rude when we told her we did not want turbinado. she said, you know thats just sugar right? and acted as ifwe were stupid. when we got up to the window, it took a very long time to make 3 basic drinks, and one drink off the menu. wewere the only people there!! wish there was better service!!

While on my way back to Buffalo and wanting to catch the game, I stopped by Jack Demsey's. The staff was incredibly welcoming and even turned on the game at a loud volume for us—so much so that we almost missed our drive home! The food was excellent, and the prices were reasonable for such a beautiful spot right in the heart of NYC. I highly recommend it, whether you're a local or just passing through; you'll feel right at home!

I went and tried and omg it was fantastic!! The food was so good, incredibly fresh, they literally get lobsters from their lobster houses in the restaurant. We waited for our food and waiter Brian, brought free chips while we wait! Brian was so attentive and polite. I was here about 3x in the last few weeks I enjoyed it so much. Prices are not bad, especially for someone who loves seafood and was in some fish restaurants. Thanks Jack’s Lobster Shack for providing great food, great service at a great price! I recommended this place of my family and friends who said the same. Next time I have to get her famous lobster grilled cheese!!

It is my go-to spot for seafood, with the lobster bisque being especially phenomenal. The dishes are always made with fresh ingredients and are consistently delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Cocktails were about $13-15 but their drinks were just okay. Staff was friendly but there was a long wait since the bar area was long and they only had 2 staff working. Their bathroom was dirty and leaking with water everywhere. Their spacing of tables and layout in the back was a bit weird/awkward. I didn’t hate the bar but would recommend a better drinks and layout elswhere.

From the spacious terraces with beach baskets and garden furniture you can look down the Ückeritzer beach to the Baltic Sea. The service was very friendly, fix and helpful. At dinner we had full herring (3 large roasted herrings with roasted potatoes, and who no longer gets enough), a chicken with croquettes and vegetables for our daughter and Flounder fillet with roasted potatoes and vegetables. Everything very delicious and absolutely recommended. Our overall result is that the beach café Utkiek is a restaurant where you can come back a lot in beautiful weather.
