Unfortunately, the good idea of the staff is to put music to the head and when I ask to decrease, first the sound is greatly increased and when I interpelle them to know if they are mocking me, they answer me they were wrong ...but of course... then the person responsible claims that the sound cannot be diminished and that it was not going to do it only for me... are we in a disco? Is this music there to distract staff? Lamentable! I think some and some need to learn the knowledge to live because obviously they have either forgotten it or they have not been indicted but it is never too late.
