I was following the opening of this restaurant on the networks and I was looking forward to seeing this place of my own eyes and enjoying the kitchen. I wasn't disappointed! from the appetizer to the mignardises everything was excellent. delicate, fine and surprising tastes, but also pleasant new flavors. I enjoyed the development of alsatian products, my favorite dish being the red cabbage declined with the caille and the juice in the hay. Congratulations to the cooks. On the side of the service, nothing to say either. a refreshing and very good home aperitif, very fair wine-metal agreements (especially with sylvanian nature), a subtle presence without being oppressive. Congratulations to room staff. Don't forget to taste cheeses, there are also nice local surprises. I can only recommend this restaurant, and I wish it the best!
