1) The first time, my order took half an hour to arrive, and it was incorrect. 2) During my second visit, there were so many flies while I was trying to place m... read more 1) The first time, my order took half an hour to arrive, and it was incorrect. 2) During my second visit, there were so many flies while I was trying to place my order that we decided to leave. 3) Last night, I went simply because it was 8:40 PM and nothing else was open (both the website and the door indicate a closing time of 10 PM). All the lights were on, and when I pulled up to the drive-thru, no one had the decency to speak to us or inform us that they were closed. Instead, they ignored us and turned off the lights. As I drove away, I noticed your "employees" laughing and pointing. I, along with my family and hopefully many others, will never return to any of your locations unless the owner issues an apology and takes action against the staff who behaved so unprofessionally last night.

They prepare the food poorly, the meat wasn't cooked properly, and I've noticed they don't wash their hands.
