Hops One - Feedback

What User likes about Hops One:
I was in Zug on business and a friend of mine, a local, invited me to dinner here. Fantastic place!Huge bay windows in the upstairs dining room overlook Lake Zug and the mountains beyond. I recently moved with my wife to Zug. We had some friends visiting us from Australia. Right when we entered the place one kind waiter received us and had us seated. So far so good. Then we hear the manager complaining to his waiter in a totally rude way because he had us seated in a "booked" table (all in front of us).
