For our wedding anniversary my wife and I wanted to eat an Indian meal. I checked TripAdvisor first and was surprised to find excellent ratings. The ratings turned out to be correct. Service was efficient, very pleasant and the food was very good. We started with poppadoms, had a prawn starter, followed by Lamb Koorma and Chicken Tikka all accompanied by Baarer beer which went very well with the Indian food. Reasonab... View all feedback.
What NSE Brandenberg doesn't like about Mahalaxmi India:
The food was ok. But I've had better ChickenTikka Masala. The giant prawns Tikka Masala were just spicy. A pity. Too expensive for the quality. Lamping rose on the table. The toilet room was not very pleasant. Friendly staff. View all feedback.
I ate here for the first time today, I felt very comfortable, and the staff is very happy, I will go again
The food and service were averagely good. The furnishings seemed a bit makeshift. The dried tulips, the unsightly Christmas decorations on the tables, but above all the cobwebs on the candlesticks and ceiling, left the whole atmosphere in a shabby condition. A pity. The high rating can be attributed primarily to the take away.
No matter whether it's take-away, lunch buffet or À la carte...we always look forward to the excellent, tasty food and the courteous service
All ingredients are fresh cooked.. really amazing. Very friendly Service.keep it up
Nice place to eat. There's buffet during the weekdays during lunch for 20CHF. There are both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options in the buffet. Also one can order from the menu card as well.
