Service is (mostly) friendly and personable. unfortunately very unprofessional, slow and inattentive. I asked for a little more sour cream three times for the baked potatoe, but when it finally came, the potatoe was already cold. I find chf 7.50 for a fart dry potatoe totally unsexy
