I went in and they wouldn't accept our COVID vaccine cards. platz looked over price, not clean and we were told to leave si ply, because they did not want our vaccination cards as proof for completely vaccinated.

On both sides of the A3 highway above Lake Zurich. Have dined in both places, very good burgers in great variety along with home made thick fries. Friendly service. Attached is a shop area that sells a selection of typical American food items that aren’t...usually found in Swiss supermarkets and memorabilia.

Stopped to eat an "American burger" with fries.My comments:- Burger with lots of fresh greens - positive- meat (2pieces) was tasteless and overcooked- bread buns crispy & good- fries not crispy, rather fat, not convincing- service was good. friendly and fast- for the quality you get price too high. American Combo (Burger, fries and drinks 5dl- no refill) for CHF 27.50.-

I was beyond excited about going here because I love the American Dining experience. Having lived on a rock bereft of any taste for the last 5 years I had hoped that Zurich might prove to be culinary excitement.Cindy's is really well presented, it looks the part, but it's a total wolf in sheep's clothing. When you order food, you get your drinks probably a whole hour before the food is actually presented to you. It's not the waiting staff's fault of that I am sure, it has to be the fault of the kitchen staff. I saw a lot of annoyed faces as I looked around the room. It's a shame because the scope for food, drinks and atmosphere could be pretty good here. The food was delievred cold, the buns are tasteless and we had to go somewhere else. It's not good value for money, next time, just go to McDonalds, that seems to be the truest American dining experience in Zurich.

We have stopped here multiple times and always had good food and service. The food is great but the portion sizes could be smaller. The service there is good but it could be better. Over all the cafe is great.
