Bibim Shack - Zuerich

The Bulgogi is like in a bad chinese Restaurant and has nothing in common with actual Bulgogi. The sauce can be bought ready made, so it's a shame. The meat is chewy and not cut like a Bulgogi should be. All served in take out dishes, so the environment is not happy either :

It was the first time in the restaurant. I was very surprised, it was super good. I'll definitely be back again. Is recommended

The Taste of the Food was okay. I’ve had the vegan option, Kimtschi and a ginger tea. I think the hot sauce is made with fish sauce. They have only take away dishes and plastic cups for drinks.

This little shop almost exclusively offers one thing: Bibimbap, which is a mild Korean dish of vegetables on rice. Only one variant is vegan, but since there are only three variants total, this can be forgiven. The food is easy to like but probably not something you'll absolutely love.
