On the other hand, pay attention to the service, bottle of local rosé served without an ice bucket, coffee and addition brought to the table before even having the desserts, very average, knowing that the restaurant was almost empty and at the first service.

The dishes are hearty, typical Corsican but not too special, rich flavors, good local products, the service is fast and the staff is very nice! Despite the road, the terrace is in the shade, lined with plants so you feel good there. In short, I recommend 100%. We had the lasagna (brousse, panzetta , the caramelized piglet (citrus sauce, chestnut polenta and small vegetables , the veal skewers (with homemade mashed potatoes , and the chicken penne (well served . ! For dessert the sorbets were delicious!

Very good, authentic Corsican cuisine in a slightly intimate and local setting. A Zonza institution. Excellent value for money. Extremely generous portions. The Corsican soup and wild boar stew, cooked according to traditional methods, are perfect. The wild boar terrine is also excellent. Good wine list, warm welcome, and quick and efficient service.
