What C M doesn't like about Ikea Reims Thillois:
The cover of a ketchup stick found at the bottom of the bowl of green salad; no one eats it at our table. We report the problem: they question our word and offer to reimburse us for €1 for the salad (on a €68 ticket). We were made to return to our table twice to look for the receipt, then our credit card, without any kindness... They seemed annoyed, what a shame! Whose fault is it ? Disgusted on all levels...
