Panda Express - Zionsville

Whenever I go to Panda Express one of the entrees I usually get is the Kung Pao chicken. The last few times the flavor hasn't been as spicy as usual. This location however it was Top Notch all the food was very fresh. The staff was very politeParking: I am in over the road truck driver, so it is not always easy to find something away from the truck stops to get food. This location is right in front of a shopping center with a nice large parking lot. I was able to get my tractor trailer in and out without any issues and in a location where I wasn't blocking or affecting any of the other businesses there.

The wait times can get long, but it's only because they are understaffed. They work their butts off. They've always gone above and beyond when it was slow or there was a problem. Food has always been hot and fresh.Food: 5/5

Food is inconsistent across the chain's footprint. But every one I have been in has a service issue. This one wasn't as clean either. It looked like someone started cleaning and then stopped leaving piles of stuff and the broom out. The staff person that took my order didn't pay attention to me either. Everyone else that ate in was given a teal plate. She put mine in a to go container.

Food was pretty good. It was hot and fresh. Service is awkward at best. One person starts your order and then when the bowl of what you're wanting gets emptied (for carry outs or drive thru) you stand back and let others pass while you wait for a fresh batch. Then another person takes over on your order. When I first started driving we would pull up to a stop light and everyone else in the car would jump out and switch seats. It was called a Chinese fire drill. That's what service here is like....
