They were very attentive and even offered me a couple of 1 lb bags of whole beans and a donut. Dunkin's menu is fantastic!

Their lobby is always closed, so I have no alternative. It’s very inconvenient!

It’s 1 PM on a Saturday, and I'm currently writing this while stuck in the drive-thru. I'm just trying to pick up a mobile order, and I've already been waiting for 20 minutes. They also never seem to listen when I ask for less ice in my drink.

I understand that drive-thrus are meant to be convenient, but they shouldn't take so long.
