I visited Dunkin' today after placing a mobile order, and I was warmly greeted by Alex and another friendly employee with long hair. They were very attentive and even offered me a couple of 1 lb bags of whole beans and a donut. Dunkin's menu is fantastic!
I bought a croissant and some munchkins, but both were hard, as if they were stale. I also had to wait quite a while for assistance because the staff appeared more interested in chatting with each other than helping me or other customers who had been waiting longer.
I’m really frustrated with Dunkin’ because they only offer a drive-thru option, which doesn’t work for me since I drive a semi truck. Their lobby is always closed, so I have no alternative. It’s very inconvenient!
My experience wasn't great. The lobby is consistently closed, and there’s always a long wait. It’s 1 PM on a Saturday, and I'm currently writing this while stuck in the drive-thru. I'm just trying to pick up a mobile order, and I've already been waiting for 20 minutes. They also never seem to listen when I ask for less ice in my drink.
