We stayed in a fixed tent for two nights. The rental fee for both the fixed tent and the assembly tent is the same at 1000 yen per day, but the fixed tent comes with a fan, light, and outlets, making it more convenient. The entrance is low, so tall people may find it difficult to enter and exit. The showers are available 24 hours a day, and there is a hairdryer in the washroom. The facilities were well-equipped and very helpful. The nearby bus stop is Funaura.

The prices are on the higher side, but the facilities are great with refrigerators and free showers. The accommodation just a few minutes' walk away also offers bike rentals for a fee, perfect for cycling tourism. An unmanned pineapple stand between the harbor and the campsite is highly recommended, offering delicious ripe pineapples at an affordable price that cannot be found on the mainland. Staying in the summer can be hot and uncomfortable, but swinging in a hammock, reading manga placed on top of the refrigerator, are all cherished memories.

The Mitorea Campground is known for its well-equipped facilities. They have fixed tents available for those who don't have their own. The accommodation fee is 1000 yen per night, with an additional 1000 yen for the use of a fixed tent. The facilities include a shower room, toilets, a kitchen area with pots, cutting boards, knives, and grills that can be freely used. They also provide a refrigerator where guests can store drinks and fresh food for free. BBQ grills and firewood are provided for free, as well as hammocks for guests to use. They also have washing machines and dryers available for 200 yen each.
