Dǎo Yú Liào Lǐ Shòu し Chū Zhī

"I had always dreamed of going to Hatsue," my friend who was accompanying me said, and I went to this restaurant without much thought. From the appetizers to the main sushi dishes, and dessert, everything was delicious. Honestly, I was surprised by the sophisticated atmosphere on this remote island that I had not imagined. I would love to visit again when I come back to Iriomote island. Make sure to make a reservation in advance!

I had a meal here for the first time in 3 years. I ordered the Island-style simmered dish that seemed to be an original creation by Hatsue. The flavor was a soy sauce-based simmered dish without using sugar, but the sweetness of the root vegetables came out in the broth and it was very delicious. I would like to try it again.

I had the Island Assorted Sushi Plate, Maas Stew, and Abasa Soup. Everything was meticulously prepared and truly delicious. A visit here is a must!

３月下旬平日に、前日に電話予約して、初めて１人で、１７時に訪問した。アルコール消毒と検温をして、案内されたカウンター席に座る。メニューと黒板見て、タカセ貝の肝和え、ミーバイのマース煮、生ビールを注文した。 追加で泡盛１合を注文した。そして、島握りの盛り合わせを注文した。グルクン、シャコガイ、海ぶどうなど沖縄ならでわのネタと、マグロ、海老、イカ、玉子など一般的なねたの寿司が盛り合わせになっていた。 食事中、ひっきりなしに電話があり、満席で断っていた。早めの予約をお勧めします。

島の刺身、魚料理が食べられる 島の寿司が食べられる貴重なお店。泡盛も呑めるし、最高です
