This restaurant serves classic set meals. I ordered the spicy miso vegetable ramen. The soup was excellent. The noodles were curly Chinese noodles, and the roasted pork was also good. I would have liked to try soy sauce and salt with these noodles as well. View all feedback.
I came here immediately upon hearing about the ramen created by students from Nakazato High School online. The appearance of the soup for the spicy mapo ramen, as well as the flavor of the dried shrimp, made it clear that this dish was no joke. Despite adding three rounds of chili oil and finishing it all, I couldn't handle anything hotter than that from my stomach to my intestines in the middle of the night. I guess that's my limit! I prefer a bit more sauce, but I still think it's delicious. The mini fried rice has become a staple now! The flavor can vary from day to day, but I don't mind. I come here occasionally to give my body a bit of a kick. This time, I tried the super spicy mapo miso tantanmen. Although I added five rounds of chili oil, it wasn't as spicy as I expected, probably because the original mapo flavor had less spice. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed it.
I ordered the char siu ramen with half rice. The noodles were indeed soft, but the broth was delicious with a strong bonito flavor! Actually, the pork miso soup set meal is the best recommendation. Please try the pork miso soup with plenty of tofu once. Unfortunately, I later found out that the pork miso soup set meal has been temporarily discontinued... What a pity.
