The Diner’s Club at Vernissage fit the bill perfectly. We six set watching the sun, light, the peaks of the mountains, and then disappear, in a ground and relaxing atmosphere, with helpful, patient and lovely servers. Several of us ordered the pre-fix dinners, and others are Lacourt. Each dish was prepared with great care and with simple and lovely presentation. The food was perfectly cooked and seasoned with wonderful sauces. Truffled butter on fresh delicious bread was hard to resist, and we did not resist! Desserts were as beautifully prepared and presented as were the earlier courses. We will remember this wonderful meal in a beautiful setting and highly recommend it to others.
