Potato-fine Food - Zermatt

I mentioned I was a celiac in my reservation per the suggestion of the previous reviewer. We did a 5- course tasting in which my dishes had obvious alterations from my dinner partner's to make it GF. The staff explained all the ingredients in our dishes and brought me GF table bread. The food was amazing and we really enjoyed the experience. They absolutely took great care to accommodate for me while making sure I wasn't missing out on the flavors.

This restaurant is amazing for Celiac. Give them 24 hours notice and they’ll prepare the entire meal in a separate kitchen, free of gluten. One of the most delicious, thoughtful and artisan meals we’ve had. Did a tasting menu.
