I came in very early this morning, with a fairly large order. I was greeted promptly by the friendly woman at the register, she made our coffees and coolatas quickly, and it was the most perfect cup of coffee I?ve had in a while. I?m not sure what her name was, but she was a petite woman working the 6am shift. Very pleased with my experience this morning View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
Wow. Just wow. Who to Dunkin? Donuts... an institution that has ?donuts? in her name, and they tell me that they are completely out of donuts. I placed an order on the app, money was taken from my bank account and when I arrive, I get setting from the cash register. Service was a little slow but understandable with the lack of employees in these days. They were very friendly and made my drink perfect. Sunrise Iced coffee with mocha and cold foam. Yum! Perfect pickup for a tired mom.
The coffee and food were really good and the drive-through server was very nice
I called for an ice cream cake Holly replied the phone was absolutely amazing! They don't sell ice cream cakes in their place, but that didn't stop them from helping me! She went beyond to help me, gave me some great suggestions. Let me just say that the customer service was amazing I will be my business to this Dunkin’ from now on! Thank you. I was heading into work when Hurricane Nicole hit and every coffee store was closed, except this DD!! I swung thru the drive thru and ordered a cold brew. Ms Donna was taking my order and told me I should try the cookie butter cold brew because it wasso good and would make my face light up like a Christmas tree. Of course I had to try it and she was right! The drink wasamazing and the staff, especially Ms Donna, were fantastic!
I use the drive throu today, got my fix on my coffee, the guys were great. Wonderful service with a smile, and very friendly, thanks Dunkin
