Michi Ramen - Nowatney

I town for a few hours and wanted to have a meal outside the norm for me. Michi Ramen was recommended to me and thought it would be the perfect choice. Immediately created upon entry. Well lit and clean. Provided a table with zero wait time. The hostesswas very polite and helpful with the menu. I love a great spicy ramen and was greeted by their Spicy Stamina option. The bowlwas served with minimal wait time. I opted for the Chichen option which still included a few pieces of pork, which I had noobjections to. The flavor was best described as a party in my mouth. Tons of flavor, not a heavy broth. Order as described withno extras and was a very satisfying meal. Would highly recommend anyone local or visiting the area. Enjoy!

Yum. ???? Delicious spicy Tonkotsu! The broth was so rich and had the perfect amount of heat. The pork was so tender that the fat melted in my mouth. The egg was divine. Staff was friendly and service was fast. I can't wait to come back!

Had to make a stop to Michi Ramen for lunch after a trip to FedEx office. The restaurant?s interior looked great. The Tonkotsu Ramen with Black Garlic was delicious. The sliced pork had a perfect cut with the right amount of thickness. The egg wasperfect. The broth was more on the thicker side which is what I wanted. I then finished off with the spicy edamame. Not saltyand the spice was perfectly tasteful. I would recommend making a trip for great ramen and menu selection.

Food is good and the staff is always so kind in person and on the phone! Great place!

The curry seafood ramen was AMAZING, and they give you the instructions on how to prepare it at home like you are having the restaurant experience. The takoyaki was interesting but it tasted sooooooo good!
