I decided to try the grilled lobster dish, which I don't often eat, and I was very pleased with it. The sauce, vegetables, and rice that accompanied the lobster were all excellent. At the table next to mine, my neighbors enjoyed the eel with ose sauce, but weren't as impressed with the asparagus dish with smoked salmon. The superior wine, a delicious white Veran, was the perfect complement to my meal.
