Was Javier Olvera at Maximilien a mag?
Just perfect from A to Z at the level cuisine association of wines proposed, frankly at this level it's almost art !! Friendly and warm service, big up for sommelier. I don't understand too much that this restaurant is no more star, can be the decor, a little kitsch in the whole with the marble fireplace of another time in the middle of the dining room .. An excellent lunch in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The service listens to food allergy issues. It's remarkable.

We were not served, although there were still several free tables. Apparently, hikers don't like to be seen and they sent us away....
