An excellent lunch in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The service listens to food allergy issues. It's remarkable.
The setting, reception, service, everything to accompany the excellent meal we had at noon! Thank you to the Chief, the hostess and their staff!...
Great experience, my group got there at 5:45 pm and it closed by 6 pm. We thought we were not going to be able to have the wine degustation but Ludo welcomed us and explained very well all the wines. This was by far one of the best degustation I have ever had. I learned a lot, asked a lot of questions and we had tons of fun. Please do not hesitate to stop by!
We biked all the way from Colmar on a recommendation from another vintner, very excited to try this winery. When we arrived, the owner greeted us not with a welcome, but with “Are you going to buy something?” We tried to explain we were on bikes and couldn’t carry much, but were happy to pay for a tasting or dégustation—something clearly advertised on the sign. Instead of engaging with us, he simply said “Have a nice day” and walked off. We left feeling deeply disappointed and very unwelcome. Especially as this was the most special winery that we had in mind. If you don’t want visitors unless they buy cases of wine, don’t advertise tastings. You never know who your guests are. Sadly, we’ve never experienced such a rude encounter at a winery.
