Gasthaus Zur Salzachbrucke

We visited as a family on the last night of our family ski trip. We had a great evening and would highly recommend this Austrian eating experience.

We use to dine here 2 or 3 times every year during our holiday in Zellermoos. It is nice walk to the restaurant (and back when we are full full full : Sometimes you need to make a reservation in advance I think mostly...on weekends. The food is always excellent even if the owner waitress has her own special attitude : We like to come here and certainly will be back. They also have a small tables outside it is nice to stop by during your cross country skiing or bycicle trip.

Austrian food as before. Not the usual tourist stuff. They only speak German and very kind, making it more authentic. We were often there, but only in winter. Because it's so isolated, in winter this is... Assortment of Dr. Zivago feel at the place. The carvings are enormous and very tasty. And if you ask for chips, you get an evil eye. They're just doing brat potatoes. Excellent!

We were on an AirBnb in the area and lost our way to another restaurant. We were very happy about this restaurant. No one spoke English what it was fun because we don't speak German. Everything... the food was delicious. The house wine wasn't good at all. But again we didn't know what we ordered, so it wasn't all her fault.
