Burger King - Zeeland

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. Our entire meal was placed on the counter for us to pick up ourselves, and when we finally received our drinks, they were only half full and didn’t come with straws or napkins. I understand that young people often work in the food industry, as I have done myself, but I believe it’s important to ensure customer satisfaction and to make sure no one leaves unhappy with the service.

I arrived at the restaurant at 6:15 AM and found two separate drive-thru lines, even though there were no cars ahead. The first line didn’t have clear signage, so I was uncertain about what to do. I ended up having to turn around to order fast food from the other direction. When I finally made it to the first window, I was reminded to have my payment ready, but then I found out the second window was open and no one had informed us. It was incredibly disorganized and frustrating. Why are there even two lines? I felt bewildered and confused by the whole experience.

They don’t usually eat it, but since it was my birthday, I really wanted a double cheeseburger. Burger King has always had the best double cheeseburger, and I was not disappointed. It was fresh, hot, and delicious. The nuggets were fantastic too!

The Whoppers are consistently delicious. However, the lobby could use some improvements, and while the staff is friendly, they could be quicker. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 3.
