Why wait until a customer is at your drive in window and paid for the order. To have the person come back to the window to tell you iw would be a wait for order.Ok no problem but he was gracious enough to find out how long 20 minutes. I offered to pay for the drinks but I asked to cancel my orderIt's a Sat why the wait better planning is needed smh

Always forgetting food I ordered. Today, for example I had a $62 order, and you guys forgot my 8 biscuits and lemonade drink.

I have no complaints about the food really but they forgot my fries. : .However, the service was great so it sort of kinda compensated for that. The surprising thing was it was younger people and they were professional and help unlike a lot of other stores with the younger generation. I compliment the staff at t least that day I went.

Bojangles has the best Grill chicken sandwich hands down so good. ????

Very Busy and slow .... WARNING....they do not honor many Bojangles advertised deals, especially the ones on the billboards....they have some on the window they will do ...they are a franchise and do not participate...tables are usually dirty, mostly because employees take breaks and visit with each other complaining about there job...loudly.. the employee on duty took a good 20 minutes to clean a dozen trays while talking and only left when they were called to go work the counter leaving all the the trays blocking the trash bin.. .but hey, the food can be good and tasty when you get it... I am a long term customer and will update when it appears they are addressing this...Update...7/12/2022 ...the speed of service is slowing... The dining room is still usually dirty ... Let's see what happens when the two new restaurants open across the street... Parking: Careful not to park so the drive thru line blocks you in... Happens allot...
