It took a little time to get us the second dish, but the service was good.

But when you have a friendly waiter who's... read more When we arrived with no Spanish , less than 10 words, and nobody spoke English or Australian you know you can survive. But when you have a friendly waiter who's willing to help it makes all the difference. We selected from the pintxo menu and everything we had was perfect. Can recommend the mussels, octopus, squid, ox tail and creme potatoes with an egg. All very tasty and at their best. Go go for the recommended Basque blanco wine. Very good with the food. Fantastic acid. We were there at closing and their overall clean-up was one of the best I have seen anywhere. Highly recommended.

The meal was nicely presented and well-cooked. Toilets were clean and smart. Would certainly recommend and would eat there again.
