I really appreciate the authentic smoked BBQ theme of this restaurant, but I found the dry rub to be just a bit too sharp for my taste. It's also worth noting that 99% of the protein options on the menu are affected by this. The food we received was actually cold—not just lukewarm, but completely cold. The chicken tenders were tough and full of gristle. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality given the price.
The staff here are really friendly, and the service is excellent. Most of the food is delicious; however, I'm not sure what they use in their shredded chicken sandwiches, but I found them to be quite unpleasant. I love shredded chicken, but I won't be ordering that again. It was overly sweet, to the point where it was hard for me to even eat. Aside from that, their other dishes are good.
Absolutely great food there would recommend it to everyone
This restaurant offers the best food in all of Zanesville, tucked away on Linden Avenue, right between JJays Drive-Thru and various liquor stores.
