They are greeted with a warm smile. Food is always hot and tasty. And you get your money nice portions of food and the waitress. Never leave your drinks full and check if you are happy with your meal. Bob. Evans is really a wonderful place to eat alone or family.... Thank you, Bob Evans View all feedback.
What Kiltman1960 doesn't like about Bob Evans:
Bob Evans restaurants are good, family-friendly eateries. The food is always good and I feel fair priced. The service varies from store to store and time of day but is usually good as was today's. I had their new Fish Fry Platter. I don't like onion rings, so I had them keep those in the kitchen. The fish and fries were good and the slaw was creamy and tangy. I liked everything except the dill tarter sauce. I much pr... View all feedback.
I enjoyed the food, but I have to give this place just 2 stars. One of the main issues is that when you order a burger meal, the burger alone is $11, and it doesn't come with fries. I can go to other places and get fries included with my meal, rather than paying an extra $3 for a side. Plus, the drink cups are too small. While they do offer free refills, the size of the cups makes them not worth the $3 price. The management really needs to reevaluate their menu because some items come with only one side, and burgers generally should include fries for that price. It's ridiculous to spend almost $12 on a burger without fries—it's just not worth it. Another reason for my 2-star rating is that everything here feels overpriced. I would expect a place like Denny's to be cheaper.
Bob Evans is a fantastic spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I recently went there for breakfast and had an amazing experience. They serve the best sausage gravy biscuit I've ever had—it's a must-try! It's absolutely delicious.
The biscuits and gravy at Bob Evans remain an excellent option.
We had an early morning breakfast at this location and we were less than satisfied. The wait for our food was longer than what is traditionally acceptable for a restaurant that is equal to or less than approximately 1/4 capacity. The coffee was warm at best, unlike other locations we’ve visited. The “remake” was not any better. The ham was delicious and the bacon was next best. The sausage gravy appeared to be and tasted like it was thinned out and very much lacking flavor. The sausage patties were very “herbal” tasting and the sausage links were almost warm (again, at best) and had a very foul taste that removed any desire to try the remainder of the order. I would HIGHLY recommend you avoid this particular location until some serious quality control and perhaps some retraining is completed.
Take out was ready on time, food was plentiful and delicious. Oh,and the worker, a Mr. Shumate was friendly and helpful .
