I ordered a hot chocolate with minimal sugar, a rice dish with plantains, tree tomatoes, and mixed vegetables, and a traditional corn and plantain dish similar to savory porridge. All of the dishes were delicious. The owner also shared some fantastic recommendations for things to do in the area. As a vegan, it's hard to find a better place to eat in this small town. I also bought some organic cacao paste to take home. Delicious!

I enjoyed a hot chocolate with just a hint of sugar, as I prefer, alongside a rice dish with lentils, tree tomatoes, and mixed vegetables, and a traditional maize/plant dish resembling savory porridge. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the owner even shared recommendations for things to do in the area. As a vegan, I highly recommend this spot for a delicious meal in town. I also purchased some organic cocoa paste to bring home - delicious!
