As I was casually looking at ingredient labels, I noticed that one chocolate did not mention gluten in the allergen statement. I asked the woman behind the counter, who confidently responded that items without gluten in the allergen statement are, in fact, made separately and entirely safe for people with Celiac. She pulled out a folder that had a list of items that I could have. It included the traditional Bajadera chocolates (which I was thrilled by! , and some chocolate covered orange peels that were delicious! There were about 10 items on the list. I can’t wait to get home and dive into my assortment of chocolates!

I asked the woman behind the theke who reacted confidently that objects without gluten in the Allergen instruction are made in the did separately and completely safe for people with celiac. she pulled out an ordner who had a list of elements I would have. it included the traditional Bajadera chocolate (which I was delighted)! and some chocolate covered orange peels that were delicious! there were about 10 items on the list. I can't expect to come home and dip into my sortiment of chocolate!
