Coming down from Etna, we arrive at Zafferana Etnea and asking locals, direct us to this pastry/laboratory. GRAZIE x having made us know the Salemi Pastry. Their specialty is the leaves of the: a delicious pastry with pistachio or almond or hazelnut. I also took the almond paste cookies. Excellent tea leaves. Good skiers. The Coppers of Naples really scarce, not advice, sold at 18 € per kg.
A lab that creates the best tea leaves in the area and, I think, nationally. The laboratory is located in Zafferana Etnea (CT) and, passing through the street where the sweetness is located, you feel the typical smell of these specialties. I highly recommend them for their crispness accompanied with a delicious cold passito or with a winter liqueur or with some almond or pistachio ice cream or hazelnuts or creams. In short, a delizia Sicula typical of the province of Catania. Congratulations to all the staff in this lab.
