Burros el guero - Zacatecas

In fact, many of the locals thing this is one of the best Burro places around. We had the dog with us, so we got takeout for lunch and they were very, very good. Try the Italian.

Burritos only need two things: the tortilla, and the meat. They don't need all that other stuffing lettuce, tomatoes, rice, bean, all that stuff that takes away from the richness of the meat. Burros el Güero makes the best burritos I have ever had. What an additional memory from this beautiful city.
