Didn't wanna drive all the way back, so just ate it. Just wont be stopping by there agian. Its always something.

Second they denied service to walmart workers across the street who o... read more Not impressed with them at all. First they treated the new girl on her first day terrible. Second they denied service to walmart workers across the street who only had a 15 minute lunch break they told them they had to wait 15 minutes before they would takethere order with an empty inside dining area and three cars in the drive through. Like seriously. They lack good customerservice skills at this location. We are in snow bird season this is supposed to be our time to help visitors not treat themhorrible. Especially ones who work year round in customer service who are over worked just as much as them. I would like to seebetter managment its definitely lacking at this location. Please next time be kind and willing to help other hard workers whohave a very short lunch break and just wanted a quick bite to eat instead were told to wait with no assistance Also the newemployee needs a raise dealing with the poor managment today

When Wendy 's serves their food fresh and hot, it is very good; however, most of the time, 8/10 times, the food is not hot and fresh. I 'm referring mostly to the fries. Whenthey are hot they are very good; but, when they 're not freshly hot, they are terrible and then I don 't want to go back.Unfortunately, this is the experience most of the time. I would rather they not give me any fries over the old limpy, grossones. Most of the time I do really like the burgers. They are the best fast food burgers most of the time. Burger King is aclose second. My last burger at Wendy 's wasn 't so good though. I was served a chili meat patty. That means it 's very welldone and supposed to be used for the Chili meat. Also, a special negative comment about the Wendy 's at 8007 E 32nd St. inYuma, Arizona. My 85 year old father-in-law went in that location to order his lunch and he was told he had to use the selfservice computer. When he told them he didn 't know how, he was told he had to figure it out and that they could not take hisorder. This was a few months back, around spring of 2022, so, it wasn 't in the depths of covid. This was the only place he 'sgone to that would not help him or take his order. Needless to say, he does not ever want to go back there, and of course hedid not oder anything that day either. Very disappointing that they would not take an order from an 85 year old senior.

The manager Edward is extremely rude and unprofessional. I don't understand how they have employees like this in these type of positions. The other employees do... read more The manager Edward is extremely rude and unprofessional. I don't understand how they have employees like this in these type of positions. The other employees don't seem to care either which is obviously a reflection of their manager. We had an issue withour order and instead of attempting to resolve it the manager got very hostile towards my husband. No wonder this restaurant hasterrible reviews. Change the management to help the employees have a better example of what customer service should look like.
