Nestled near the MCAS and neighboring fast-food outlets, this Subway serves fresh, healthy, affordable sandwiches with generous portions and a well-trained team led by a praised manager—making it a go-to for quick, nutritious lunches. Reliability varies: intermittent understaffing, occasional rude interactions, missing or skimpy fillings, and online/pickup mistakes can frustrate customers. When fully staffed it’s fast and courteous; when not, waits and order problems undermine the experience.

I usually love Subway and have never had any issues until I received only half a serving of chicken in my wrap. I won’t mention any names, but this is the second time that this employee has given me noticeably less meat on my sandwich compared to what I've gotten at numerous other Subway locations across different states.

The only reason I still come here is because there aren't many alternatives nearby. I would give zero stars if I could. A few months ago, I ordered several sandwiches for visiting family, and when I told the employee about the number of sandwiches, their attitude was so unpleasant it made me vow never to return. During that visit, the employee even let another customer cut in line ahead of my husband and me. I decided to give this location one more chance recently, but they had already turned off the toaster oven by 5:40 PM and were out of lettuce—at a Subway located in the lettuce capital of the US, no less. The employee put the sandwich ingredients on the side so I could heat it at home, but the portion was barely enough for half a footlong, not a full one. I'm officially done with this location.

Shawn took his time today since the store wasn’t busy. He was friendly and engaged in conversation while preparing the food!

Can not order because nobody is ever around they’re hiding in the back or nowhere to be seen. There’s a be back in 5min sign constantly up it’s a useless indicator on when someone will finally be around to take an order when it is always up

This was my first time placing an order online and visiting this particular subway. I drove over to this subway to pickup my online order and stood in line. When it was my turn, the girl behind the counter told me to stand by the register and an employee would bring me my order. I had ordered a sandwich, chips, and a cookie. I had also grabbed a second bag of chips to pay for it as I wanted a snack for later. The male employee (the one with long dark hair) told me I had already ordered chips and that I could not pay for the second bag and he handed me my online order. I got back to my workplace and there were no bags of chips at all in the subway bag. Needless to say I plan to never return to this Subway and I even went as far to tell all of my coworkers of my experience as well.
