I had to request a refund because the rude manager got upset when I asked to substitute breast fillets for a tender. I had already been informed twice that my order would take longer to prepare since I had ordered quite a bit of food—ten sandwiches in total—but they didn’t have enough to fulfill my request. I was spending $100 on lunch for my family, and this employee had the audacity to call me a "jersey" after everything that happened. Honestly, this place deserves to go out of business.

They... read more I spent $35 at this restaurant, but they forgot to include a sandwich in my order. When I returned to address the issue, I was told that I was being rude. They stated that they trust their employees, but I have never experienced such poor treatment before. I will definitely be advising everyone I know to steer clear of this place. The staff was the worst I have ever encountered.
