Kfc
Description
A neighborhood fast‑food spot delivers nostalgic hits — crispy fried chicken, pot pies worth pre‑ordering and root‑beer floats — alongside uneven service. The drive‑thru and takeout are praised for convenience, especially by families and road‑trippers, but recurring reports cite missing or wrong items, skimpy floats and rude staff. For large orders or specialty items, call ahead or pre‑order to avoid frustration.

The food, service, and staff were all outstanding. However, the restaurant has a somewhat outdated decor and could benefit from some renovations.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I had to request a refund because the rude manager got upset when I asked to substitute breast fillets for a tender. I had already been informed twice that my order would take longer to prepare since I had ordered quite a bit of food—ten sandwiches in total—but they didn’t have enough to fulfill my request. I was spending $100 on lunch for my family, and this employee had the audacity to call me a "jersey" after everything that happened. Honestly, this place deserves to go out of business.
I ordered a root beer float, but it barely had any ice cream—there was much more soda than anything else. My daughter ended up feeling sick after eating her burger, and to top it all off, our order was messed up. I specifically requested no onions, but they added extra instead! Can you believe that?
I really enjoy A&W root beer floats, and I also had some coleslaw from KFC that I liked. The guys ordered chicken. We stopped to grab this on our way back home from San Diego.
I spent $35 at this restaurant, but they forgot to include a sandwich in my order. When I returned to address the issue, I was told that I was being rude. They stated that they trust their employees, but I have never experienced such poor treatment before. I will definitely be advising everyone I know to steer clear of this place. The staff was the worst I have ever encountered.
