Good clean restaurant that is conveniently located. One of the employees named Melissa made my sandwich nearly as perfect as the picture! 5 star service ????

The employees are so rude here and act as if they have no time to properly make a sandwich I just paid for something that looks like it was dug out of the trash can they need better training here as we are always having this problem.
When I first walked in I waited for about a min. or so before anybody stepped out to take my order. To my surprise as I sat inside and ate my sandwich there were about 3-4 women in the back that came out to help take orders. Hopefully they were havinga meeting and not having me wait just because nobody felt like taking my order. The lady who placed my order was nice andhelpful. The restaurant appeared to be clean except for a couple of tables that were not wiped down after the customers left. Ididn't use the bathroom so I don't know if it was clean or not. The top on the tea machine was left open, I'm sure this was amistake due to switching to another task quickly. My sandwich was delicious and I was able to use my coupon at thislocation. I would visit again.
Ordered a turkey sandwich for pickup got home and there was no turkey on it. Came back and the person there said i didn't make the sandwich and wasn't really trying to help and did not apologize for the inconvenience and seem mad as if i was the one who messed up on the order. Poor customer service.
