Gentleman who is always there, perhaps he is the owner, is very friendly and helpful with delicious food selection. There is plenty of seating, and we always see many pick-ups for to go orders.

Was told that our food would be out shortly after over an hour and a half of waiting and being ignored (cause the waitress kept looking at us and we were trying to flag herdown) we just decided to get up and leave.

I have always saw food shows displaying the Vietnamese soup. I can only describe Pho as Rice Noodle Soup on Steroids! the broth was amazingly tasty anddelicious. Ocean Pho?s staff was friendly and kind. It?s was a great dining experience.
