I was greeted with a friendly smile, but afterward, the staff member seemed to frown, was short with me, and stared blankly. When I finally tried the coleslaw, which was the main reason for my visit, I was disappointed—it tasted awful and seemed spoiled. I contemplated calling the manager but ultimately decided against it. Clearly, there are issues that need to be addressed, especially with lazy employees. Having worked there myself, I know how things should run. Making coleslaw is quite simple, and it’s evident they’ve let the ingredients go bad. A check on their refrigeration is definitely needed!

When I finally reached the speaker to place my order, I encountered a male employee at the window. I noticed a female staff member leaning on the counter, chatting with someone, which likely explains why she was ignoring customers trying to order. Additionally, there was another female employee who seemed to be hiding from a customer at the front counter. I paid in cash but wasn't given a receipt. To make matters worse, one of the items I ordered was missing from my bag.
