The restaurant was very busy when I arrived. There were several customers waiting for their orders inside and a very long line in the drive-thru. The staff were... read more The restaurant was very busy when I arrived. There were several customers waiting for their orders inside and a very long line in the drive-thru. The staff were diligently working on filling each customer's order as quickly as possible. There were only 4 staff members on duty. Although they were obviously short-handed, which caused orders to back-up, each guest was pleasantly greeted. The staff double checked each order to ensure it was correct and offered each guest a genuine apology for the extended wait time. The whole crew worked together, remained kind to each other and their guests. The manager and owners should be very proud of their crew.

I had to wait about 15 minutes for my extra crispy meal to be cooked, but it was worth it. When I got home, I discovered that they had upgraded my meal due to the wait. What a nice surprise! That’s what I call excellent customer service. I even called to thank them.

Apparently, they aren't aware or just don't care that people who come in can actually hear their snideremarks and comments. Wait until your customers leave next time before bashing their whole existence and livelihood.
