He clearly needs to improve his customer service skill... read more I visited the KFC in Yreka, CA, and had a very disappointing experience with Patrick, who was quite rude. He clearly needs to improve his customer service skills. I tried to call about an issue with my order, but he just hung up on me and wouldn't answer when I called back. Frustrated, I ended up going back to the restaurant in person to address the problem, and it was just a letdown.

I'm local just spent over $150 buying a meal for family members. They took over a hour to get the order together and we called 15 minutes before we were going to arrive. They didn't have any mac and cheese because they are very unorganized and didn't make any when they ran out.. In the middle of me waiting for my order some random guy came in and went behind the counter and took 20 bucks out of the register. I won't be coming back

Manager didn’t want to take my $50 bill. Manager said she doesn’t have a way to check up if my bill was legit or fake. ?? I guess the owner doesn’t know there’s markers to check bills I will never come back here …!
