Ottimo - YOUNTVILLE

Eating was great unfortunately we booked for dinner, but we are not told the kitchen closed at 6:00 so it is as an early evening

I had lunch on the desk. the prosecco was very good! the homemade mozzarella was good and the pizza was good.

Reason for booking this is very bad customer service. I and my wife made a reservation on opentable for 5:30 9/2/17 Saturday and came in restaurant and the hostess told us that they were closed for a private party. no apology for overbooking. as we made a reservation at ottimo that made it impossible to make another reservation on opentable. fortunately, we often go to hurleys and where they can bring us in.

Michael chiarello once again made a great job. the presentation of his menu choices at ottimo is very kreatiw and his personal is well trained. when we arrived, the restaurant experienced a power failure, but that had no negative effects on their customer service or service in general. thanks for a wonderful experience. we're coming back!

Authentic Italian eatery. We enjoyed the food very much. Will be returning and will recommend to family and friends. The server was very attentive and made us feel welcome. Had a nice conversation with him. Unfortunately, we didn't get his name. Thank you!
