Last week we ordered a giant #8 and were sadly very disappointed by the freshness of the bread. I don't usually complain, but I love Jersey Mike's and felt like they needed to know and submitted our feedback. Robert, the GM, called us promptly after our feedback and asked to make us a new sandwich to remedy the situation. We took him up on his offer last night and we were not disappointed. The woman on shift was love... View all feedback.
What Donald Falese doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
I had high hopes for this place and while the sandwiches generally taste good the quality for price just isn 't there. $25 bucks for a giant 14 inch sandwich and I can 't even get melted cheese on a hot chicken bacon ranch sandwich? Likely not going to return as a customer. View all feedback.
The hot link sandwich was AWESOME!!!!! YUMMMMYYYYYYYY!!!!!
???????????????????? ? MIKE'S JERSEY SUBS are f#%ing delicious !! ..HOWEVER!,. ???????? About every 7th visit or so, they just gotta f#%k up my order For instance, i request lettuce, not added. Perhaps some wrong cheese?. Maybe some onions after specifying no onion, how about when steak arrives after chicken ordered, so on, etc etc,. . This is beyond frustrating, especially when ordering 5 super large sandwich combos and paying almost $130.00 after taxes. How would you feel?. Your wife and kids are so hungry and excited. You get home, start setting up the table and opening bags. All to discover mistakes and realize that dinner is fuct. My wife and kids take out their anger on me when yall mess up! Regarding these FckUps, im curious if others experience this?.. Heck, maybe I'm just unlucky and keep getting the same stoned teenager?.. LoL,. i dunno?,.but I certainly dont appreciate it. I feel like Mike owes me a few sandwiches. On the house. ?
This is a tough review for me. I tried Jersey Mike's about a month after it opened. Just now realized I never wrote my thoughts about it. Upon entering Jersey Mike's, I noticed it was very clean its employees appeared pleasant. However, the layout was a tad confusing. I looked hard but I didn't know exactly where the order line started. I saw a refrigerator of assorted drinks. Was I supposed to get my drink first? What was the ordering process which end of the line was I to start?. Suddenly a gentleman asked what I wanted from behind the order counter. He was standing at the end of the counter, the line started furthest from the entrance into the store. Got it! ???? Finally, I got my sub, chips and drink. Honestly, my assessment was their sub sandwich didn't scream out SPECTACULAR. The sub didn't really stand out to me. It was a typical, decent sandwich. If I am in the neighborhood, I MIGHT go in and try it again. Yet, I MIGHT NOT. Bottom line, NOTHING I experienced at Jersey Mike's told me I GOTTA come back again SOON. But Jersey Mike's is okay. I encourage you all to try Jersey Mike's you can form your OWN OPINION too!
I have been to jersey mikes many times here in napa with it now being my last im sick and tired of how they put things on your sandwich, you ask for mayo they scoop and a gallon and slather it on the bread, you ask for mustard a little line down the center, you ask for oil and vinegar they actually turn it into a soup. Last night I asked for ?very light? vinegar on my turkey provolone as they proceed in front of my face to pour have the vinegar bottle on my sandwich. NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE DONE IT. If you want to enjoy your sandwich you must eat while there or it will be soggy 10 minutes after leaving the store.
Stems, hair, and rotten lettuce. Went to Jersey Mike 's Subs today. Needless to say, the only thing SUB about this sandwich and experience is that it 's Sub par. Major issues: This was my first time here, and I ordered a 8 Club Sub. The first thing I noticed when I stepped in is that they had already sliced the bread for about 2 3 subs, and applied mayonnaise I 'm guessing in anticipation of the next customer? An odd practice since I have no idea when they cut those or applied mayo and had it sitting out. Nevertheless, next thing I noticed was the lettuce as it was being placed on my sandwich the gal making it was sifting through their container of lettuce in front of her looking for pieces of lettuce that were either not rotten or terribly wilted. That didn 't prevent my sandwich from getting some of the bad lettuce. She then proceeded to drench it in some kind oil, and then asked if that amount was okay. It was way too much, but she had already put it on and I was in a rush so I didn 't say anything. I pay, go home and try the sandwich. I immediately bite into something hard a large stem from the pepperoncini peppers I had requested. My next bite included the butt 's end of a pepper, which they graciously decided to add to my sando. In staying true to their sub par standards, I found a hair in my sandwich. Pretty grossed out by this point so I threw the whole thing out. Finer details: 1) why are the 's for the menu items all out of order? 2)make the order here sign larger or direct staff to greet customers kind of confusing as a first (and only) time customer. 3) simplify your process I had about 4 people ask me what ingredients I wanted which just appears sloppy. All in all, quality and experience are seriously lacking. The standard of quality for the ingredients you use needs to be examined and priced accordingly.
