What Channing likes about Bouchon:
I had really high expectations for this restaurant, some were met and some weren’t. the food was of course superb and much more creative than other restaurants even within it’s class and price range $40/person no booze). However, they didn’t have a table for us even with reservations and waiting awhile! Also whatever you do, do not sit outside for lunch. The sun can be quite harsh. View all feedback. What PatriciaK doesn't like about Bouchon:
I've eaten at the Bouchon Restaurant in Las Vegas many times while there on business. I took my husband up the YOUNTVILLE Bouchon as a treat and we were very disappointed. The oncoin soup was too thick with bread and lacking onions as well as too rich and salty, the escargot lacked flavor, although the puff pastry toppers were very good, and our main, steak frites, was also oversalted; the meat itself was tender but... read moreBouchon Bistro offers a classic French dining experience in the heart of California wine country, YOUNTVILLE. While some diners found the basics of the brasserie fare to be well executed but not particularly daring, others raved about the freshness and taste of the dishes. The restaurant received mixed reviews regarding the service, with some guests feeling disappointed by the maitre d' and seating arrangements. However, the food itself received high praise, especially the mussel appetizers, steak frites, and special dishes. With a diverse wine list, attentive waitstaff, and decadent dessert options, Bouchon Bistro remains a popular choice for those seeking a taste of high-end French cuisine outside of Paris.
As always, great food and good service. We had an excellent waiter and my wife loved the mussels.
God is great but it is extremely overcrowded and loud.
