I come here all the time and the service is excellent!! I always get Kaitlyn and Jordan brining my food and they are always excellent and provide exceptional service! Love it here

You have one special lady working the window at the drive through in Youngsville. I had a emotional phone call while waiting for food… she discounted my bill because ‘it looks like you are having a tough day’ Sincere compassion… meant so much at just the right time.

I call for a resurrection for the young lady and the man who runs around her ass on Saturday afternoon in a rush of 6 p.m. (27 September). Also for those who could have been in the kitchen. Y?all have to offer higher start money to more employees at least. That's really sad.

The staff was rude. Asked if it was possible to order a breakfast Burrito and the cashier literally boiled into the intercom, ?ALL You want a BREAKFAST BURRITO?? My regret is that we didn't get this young lady? We moved out of the stable where we were parked and went to the drive thru, and the cashier was not much better. We left without ordering anything, discouraged by the employees, obviously inability to take an order. When I came home, I called the restaurant and asked me to talk to a crew supervisor. I talked to Jason who was apologetic and said he'd look into the thing. This Sonic site doesn't have to worry about me they've ever been harassing again. I'll go somewhere where I won?
